She was responsibility is to Management of Financial program and implement various projects for association aims for the marginalized communities, livelihood promotions and educating for tolerance and reconciliation, with educators and other leaders of civil society in Gujarat, North east of India.

Mrs. Bhagava has been leading on the Urban development programme at AL ASSAR TRUST. She has supporting and Facilitating setting up of the home manager program systems for malization. Planning, design and implementation, monitoring, evaluation of Animal freedom project in 20 villages of Najafgarh Zone. Mrs. Namita has Master in Animal Behavior and Welfare from LBS College , Delhi University. One of her main areas of work has been designing curriculum and volunteers ’s training programme for Vegan Awareness Program.
Mrs. Dhikshanshi Sarvi Manav

Mrs. Manav have 27 years experience in Animal Right & rural development, livelihoods and social equity. She has been actively engaged in teaching and mentoring young development professionals, managing large and complex research portfolios on rural development, food security and advising a range of development organisations and networks, both national and global, as a board member and in other leadership capacities.
